- A green T-shirt
- Red felt
- Black felt
- Dollar tree bells
- Liquid stitch
- Scissors

Instructions:
1. Begin by folding your red felt in half.

2. Once folded, divide it into three equal pieces.
3. Take each of these three pieces and cut them in half.

4. Proceed to cut the resulting pieces into pendant shapes.

5. Arrange a few of these pendants around the neckline of the T-shirt.
